  • Shorter sign-up notices and a clearer email-confirmation screen

    2026-11

After creating an account, visitors see a dedicated check-your-email screen instead of the sign-up form. It shows the address used, a resend option with a cooldown, a way to correct a mistyped address and a sign-in link for visitors who have already confirmed. Company-email and personal-invite notices are shorter, optional fields are labelled, and the form waits until it is ready before accepting input. Email ownership confirmation is still required; delivery to an actual inbox is not guaranteed.

  • First-site setup and training-calendar account links corrected

    2026-11

Set up my first site now opens the standard account-creation journey rather than the client portal, continuing towards the first site and inspection after sign-up and email confirmation. On the third-party training calendar, Create a free account opens account creation and preserves the booking destination; the separate sign-in link still opens sign-in.

  • Site Safety UAE learning content is awareness, not training

    2026-11

The site's own modules and videos are now described as awareness content, and the printable record is an Awareness completion record, with matching Arabic wording. It is not a qualification or certification, and search-engine descriptions no longer present the library as courses. Worker training records, third-party provider courses and authority training requirements retain their separate meaning. Existing web addresses are unchanged.

  • Page-startup recovery and article loading improved

    2026-11

Updated page-startup handling so a failed initial load can be retried rather than remaining stuck on the same failure. The build no longer forces the page-rendering framework into a separate vendor bundle. Article read-status updates wait until page loading has settled, and account forms activate only once their controls are ready. These changes address reported startup and page-loading errors; they do not guarantee that every interruption is resolved.

  • Safety-files article uses its office and construction picture when shared

    2026-11

The safety-files article's sharing information now points to its new office-overlooking-a-construction-site picture, with large-picture preview settings. Four sharing checks passed. LinkedIn may still show an older cached preview until it refreshes the link.

  • When did you last update your safety files?

    2026-11

A new article explains why a revision number is not a requirements review, summarises recent DDA, Trakhees/PCFC, RAKEZ, ADOSH-SF, Sharjah and DHCA documents, and recommends a quarterly authority review with five follow-through checks.

  • UAE authority safety circulars 2024–2026

    2026-11

A new guide summarises DDA construction circulars (risk plans, safety-officer approval, lifting and scaffold certificates, 1- and 5-working-day accident reporting, fire controls and the Zoning Portal close-out from 19 October 2026), Trakhees IO-4.0 and the forklift circular due 1 January 2027, DHCA fit-out rules, Qudorat registration scope, Sharjah accommodation and high-rise documents, RAKEZ's August 2026 violation code and MoHRE's pregnancy risk-assessment and accommodation amendments.

  • UAE authority review beyond the Dubai 2026 guide

    2026-11

A reviewed guide checks Dubai contractor and consultancy laws, Qudorat categories, individual ADOSH editions, Sharjah's 2024 code-status changes and 2025 high-rise guideline, RAK building and structural regulations, and railway interfaces. It corrects revision-versus-effective-date wording and the starting point for ten-year project-record retention, with official reference links from the emirate and Dubai guide pages.

  • Dubai references now follow the 2026 Safety Guide for Construction Works

    2026-11

Every Dubai Municipality Code of Construction Safety Practice reference across the site now points to the newer edition — the Safety Guide for Construction Works approved by Administrative Resolution 112 of 2026 and in force from Official Gazette 781 on 23 June 2026. Dubai figures were checked against the English and Arabic editions: safety staff now follow the 2-13-5 workforce table, a first aid room is required from 250 people, Dubai noise limits use the guide's own table (85 dB(A) for 8 hours, 90 for 4, 95 for 2, 100 for 1), LPG is stored 6 m from other gas cylinders, cranes are examined yearly by a Dubai Municipality-approved third party, and excavations over 1.20 m need approved shoring or an approved open method. A new Arabic summary lists all 24 chapters, and a new article explains what has changed with a free site manager action workbook.

  • Training providers can submit course approval documents for review

    2026-11

Providers now upload course approval documents through a private per-file upload that saves each submission with its review status, so a course reaches the UAE training calendar only once an administrator has verified it. A verified decision records the approving authority, reference, evidence link and expiry, and five evidence checks must be documented before verification: provider identity, course scope, jurisdiction recognition, validity, and instructor or assessment arrangements. Files cannot be altered after upload, uploads are capped per submitter, and a verified document stays tied to the one course and provider it was reviewed against.

  • Cross-emirate training acceptance guide and audit checklist

    2026-11

A new guide and downloadable Excel checklist cover what to check before booking a worker onto a course and what evidence to have ready for an audit: 12 pre-booking checks and 10 onsite evidence checks, with a dashboard that summarises the result. RAKEZ agency registration and violation items, RAKEZ construction regulation on third-party equipment certification and operator training, and Dubai Decree 19/2025 were confirmed against official documents, and the guide states plainly which supplied claims are still unconfirmed rather than repeating them as fact.

  • Training calendar bookings save worker records with refresher dates

    2026-11

The UAE training calendar lists only upcoming courses whose provider approval is verified and current, filterable by emirate. Booking a worker saves a training record in the workspace with the refresher interval and an automatically calculated expiry date, so the next refresher is tracked without extra admin, and workspace owners and admins are emailed about new bookings again. Saving a booking does not reserve a seat or take payment; the provider is still contacted directly.

  • New page compares a flat team price with per-user pricing

    2026-11

A new comparison page lets you enter your team size and see what a flat workspace price costs against published per-user rates, with a cost table for 5 to 50 people and the team size at which per-user pricing becomes the more expensive option. The per-user rates were checked on 13 October 2026 and are described as pricing models rather than named vendors, and approved prices are unchanged.

  • ADOSH-SF company registration guide added

    2026-11

A new step-by-step guide shows Abu Dhabi companies how to register under the ADOSH-SF Mechanism 3.0: finding the Sector Regulatory Authority, describing operations on Form A1, risk classification and nomination, the 30-day Form A deadline for high-risk entities, starting incident notification, and the deadlines for developing and submitting an occupational safety and health management system, with medium-risk rules set out separately. It is linked from the Abu Dhabi HSE page and the home page, and every step names the section of the official mechanism it comes from.

  • Voluntary incident benchmark participation, kept private until terms are approved

    2026-11

Workspace owners and admins can now request or withdraw voluntary participation in the incident-data benchmark, and must confirm they are authorised by their organisation before the request is saved. Monthly incident returns can be entered per benchmark site by hazard category, with corrections kept as a history rather than overwriting the earlier figures. The public report no longer shows the earlier customer aggregate: it states that voluntary returns stay private until approved participation terms, complete-quarter validation and reviewed disclosure controls are in place, and that wording now runs through all six language versions of the report, methodology page and PDF.

  • Long buttons, tables and menus checked at the narrowest phone width

    2026-11

At 320 pixels wide, long buttons now wrap onto a second line instead of clipping their text, rows of controls shrink instead of pushing content off screen, and wide tables scroll inside their own panel while the page itself never scrolls sideways. An automated check now walks every page listed in the sitemap at that width and reports any page that overflows; the permits screen was fixed against it.

  • Branded email footers, correct share previews and steadier date badges

    2026-11

Internal notification emails now end with a branded footer carrying the site and contact links, laid out right-to-left for Arabic templates. Article share previews point at the full cover-image address, so the picture actually appears when a page is shared. Revision badges and Dubai-time timestamps on guides and PDFs use fixed month names and Latin digits, so the same article shows the same date on the server and on a phone set to Arabic.

  • UAE workplace safety updates: what changed in 2026

    2026-10

A reviewed article separates federal industrial-gas requirements, Abu Dhabi CoP revisions, Dubai's approved construction guide and RAK/RAKEZ instruments. The official federal legal text and annexes now confirm Resolution 15 of 2026; UAE Government guidance confirms the annual midday restriction. Publication and effective dates are distinguished, and existing Dubai reference links point to the current guide.

  • Confined space, crane, noise and emergency-number guidance corrected

    2026-10

Four safety-content corrections now run through the training, checklists, permits, monitoring screens and alerts. Confined-space entry requires flammable gas strictly below 5% LEL under Abu Dhabi's ADOSH-SF CoP 27.0, and the old 10% LEL evacuation wording is gone. Crane outriggers are set up exactly as the manufacturer's manual specifies, with reduced extension allowed only where the crane and its load chart expressly authorise it. Noise limits use Abu Dhabi's 85 dB(A) over 8 hours with the full 3 dB exchange-rate table, noting that some older client standards quote a less protective figure. Emergency numbers read 999 Police, 998 Ambulance and 997 Fire & Civil Defence everywhere on the site.

  • Five branded safety posters, free to download from the Resources page

    2026-10

Five Site Safety UAE posters are free to download from the Resources page: safety statistics with the TRIR and LTIFR formulas, muster point and UAE emergency numbers, ladder safety with the 1 out for 4 up setup rule, fire extinguisher types with the PASS method, and confined spaces covering permits, gas testing and rescue. Each poster carries the site's branding, a poster number (01 to 05) and a guidance-only footer.
