Yes. The TRIR/LTIFR calculator and Midday Break Planner run entirely in your browser with no sign-up. The MSRA/RAMS templates and weekly toolbox talk are delivered by email after a short form so we can send them to you. Downloads are gated by a secure 30-day token per email.
Which UAE authorities do the tools align with?
The tools reflect ADOSH-SF (formerly OSHAD), Dubai Municipality, MOHRE Decree 401 (midday break), Federal Law No. 33 of 2021, plus Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah and UAQ municipalities and specialist regulators (Civil Defence, Trakhees, RTA, ADAFSA). We update wording whenever these authorities publish revisions and track link health on our internal authorities dashboard.
Which languages are supported?
Every tool and hub page has an EN / AR / HI / UR / TL / ML language toggle covering English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog and Malayalam. Arabic and Urdu switch to right-to-left layout automatically. If your browser language is unsupported the page falls back to English with a clear notice, and hreflang tags help search engines serve the right variant.

Do the incident tools use AI?
The Report Incident widget lets you upload photos and uses an AI vision model to suggest possible safety violations with a confidence score. You can accept, edit or reject each suggestion — every step is written to a filterable audit trail.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is required to use the calculators or read the guides. Only the resource downloads and the weekly toolbox talk subscription ask for a work email.
