Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you're not satisfied with a paid Site Safety UAE subscription purchased by card through online checkout, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date. This applies to your first payment on a new plan purchased by card, and does not apply to purchase-order (PO) or invoiced subscriptions, even if an invoice is paid by card.

Refunds outside the 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis where required by consumer protection law or applicable terms.

Orders are sold by Site Safety LLC and paid through Stripe. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

1. Write to us at info@sitesafetyuae.com from the email address you used at checkout, with your order reference.
2. We confirm the request and issue the refund through Stripe.

Approved refunds are typically returned to your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings inside the app. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling on its own does not automatically trigger a refund of the current period; if you'd like a refund, please request one as described above.

One-off usage-based charges (for example, per-use AI credits or add-on packs) that have already been consumed are not refundable. Purchase-order (PO) and invoiced subscriptions are excluded from the 30-day money-back guarantee and follow their agreed contract or order-form refund terms. Enterprise subscriptions bought by card through online checkout remain eligible unless a separately agreed contract applies. Nothing in this policy excludes refund rights required by applicable law.

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
