AI is an assistant, not the authority
Site Safety UAE uses AI to draft, review and suggest HSE documents, incident reports, warning letters, method statements and audit responses. The AI does not make safety decisions, cannot see everything on your site, and is not a substitute for a competent HSE professional or your statutory obligations.
Every output must be checked by a qualified person
Before any AI-generated content is used on site, shared with a subcontractor, filed as evidence, or submitted to an authority, it must be reviewed by someone with the right competence and authority for your project. This includes permits, RAMS/MSRA, incident descriptions, corrective actions, and warning letters.
Verify against your project records and legal requirements
Compare AI suggestions against your approved procedures, contract documents, legal references, actual site conditions, and the specific requirements of the relevant UAE regulator (e.g., MOIAT, Dubai Municipality, ADOSH-SF (formerly OSHAD), Trakhees, Civil Defence, RTA, DEWA). Do not rely on the AI's interpretation of statute alone.
Use generated content as a guide for your documentation
Think of AI output as a first draft or checklist companion. It can speed up documentation, surface missing fields, and suggest ISO 45001 / UAE-aligned wording, but the final content, accuracy, and suitability are your responsibility.
AI is optional — the platform works fully without it
You are never required to use AI. Controlled documents, permits to work, inspections and audits, incidents and CAPA, MSRA/RAMS, training, subcontractor compliance, KPIs and audit evidence all work with AI switched off. Where AI is offered — such as optional incident-photo analysis — you can ignore or reject the suggestions and complete the record manually, and reports can still be submitted when AI is unavailable or disabled.
