Site Safety UAE uses AI to assist your site staff. It is a tool to help with documentation and workflow — not the authority. Every output should be reviewed and verified by a qualified person before use on site, because the AI may get things wrong or miss context only your team knows.

AI is optional. Every core workflow — documents, permits, inspections, incidents, training, subcontractors, KPIs and audit evidence — works fully without it.

About

Built on UAE sites, for UAE HSE teams.

Site Safety UAE started with a simple frustration: the tools construction HSE managers were forced to use — spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, shared drives — didn't match how work actually happens on an Emirates site. We rebuilt the daily HSE workflow around permits, inspections, incidents, and evidence into a single dashboard that your inspectors and authorities both trust.

That thinking is written up in full in our two implementation guides: how to implement ADOSH-SF on an Abu Dhabi construction site and how to build an ISO 45001 management system in the UAE.

Why we built it

Three principles behind every release.

We come from site, not from a demo booth

Our founder has run permits, closed CAPAs and prepped audit packs for Dubai Municipality, ADOSH-SF (formerly OSHAD) and Trakhees on real projects — from towers to substations to fit-outs. This tool was built out of frustration seeing teams struggle at site.

UAE-first, not a US SaaS retrofit

Templates, terminology and regulator mappings are built around MOIAT, Dubai Municipality, ADOSH-SF (formerly OSHAD), Trakhees and Tasneef — not translated in later.

Every feature ships from a real ask

Pilot HSE teams shape the roadmap. If it doesn't remove a Sunday-morning task or make an audit faster, it doesn't ship.

Our mission

Make audit-ready the default, not the fire drill.

Every UAE contractor we've spoken to describes the same pattern: HSE managers spend weekdays chasing paperwork and weekends assembling evidence. We think that's backwards. The platform is designed so the daily work of running a safe site — issuing permits, capturing observations, closing findings — is the audit trail. When an inspector calls, you export, you don't assemble.

Our Core Mission

Two decades of UAE HSE and construction experience, distilled into software.

I am a senior Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional with over two decades of experience leading safety operations on large-scale construction projects across the Middle East, Oceania, Africa, and Canada.

Throughout my career, I have taken a practical, systems-driven approach to safety — developing compliance monitoring frameworks, designing risk management strategies, and building the policies and processes that protect people on complex, high-risk sites. I have worked across the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning through to handover, and have built lasting client relationships grounded in trust, accountability, and measurable results.

Driven by the belief that safety systems should work as hard as the people using them, I founded Site Safety UAE — an HSE operations platform built specifically for UAE construction sites. The platform consolidates permits to work, inspections, incident reporting, MSRA/RAMS, subcontractor compliance, training records, and audit evidence into a single secure dashboard, aligned to ISO 45001 and UAE regulatory requirements.

Site Safety UAE was designed from the ground up by someone who has spent years on site — not in a boardroom — which means it solves the problems HSE teams actually face, not the ones that look good in a product brochure.

Mission & Values

Software that puts people first and makes compliance second nature.

Site Safety UAE exists to make HSE management invisible on good days and indispensable on hard ones. Our platform turns decades of site experience into repeatable workflows that keep projects safe, compliant and audit-ready without Sunday-morning paperwork.

People first

Every feature is judged by one question: does it help the people on site get home safer tonight?

Safety by design

Safety is not a checkbox layered on later. It is the default path in every workflow we build.

Compliance made practical

Regulations and permit requirements become clear, repeatable tasks instead of binders on shelves.

Always improving

Lessons from inspections, incidents and audits feed back into the platform so every shift is safer than the last.

HSE Values & Principles

The principles that guide every safety decision on site.

These six principles shape how Site Safety UAE is built, how our team advises clients, and how construction teams across the UAE approach health, safety, and environment every day.

Life first

No task, deadline, or budget is worth a human life. Protecting people is the non-negotiable core of every decision.

See it, stop it

Hazard awareness is everyone’s responsibility. We empower teams to spot risks early and intervene before harm happens.

Accountable leadership

Safety culture starts at the top. Leaders set the standard, provide resources, and follow through on commitments.

Risk-based thinking

Every workflow is built around identifying, assessing, and controlling risk — not reacting to incidents after the fact.

Worker voice

Frontline workers know the hazards best. We build channels for reporting, consultation, and participation without fear.

Compliance with integrity

Meeting UAE authority and ISO 45001 requirements is the baseline. We aim for evidence-backed, audit-ready compliance every day.

Credentials

Why the platform reflects real site experience.

MBA in Health and Safety Management

Royale Business College — strategic HSE leadership combined with business operations.

Level 7 International Diploma

Occupational Health and Safety Management — advanced practitioner-level OHS qualification.

Dubai-based practitioner

Two decades of hands-on UAE construction and operational HSE delivery, not just classroom theory.

Compliance mapping

Built to ISO 45001 and UAE regulatory requirements.

Every Site Safety UAE feature is designed to support a specific ISO 45001 clause and the corresponding UAE compliance expectation. The mapping below is how auditors, project managers and HSE leads demonstrate that the platform is not just software — it is a working management system.

From site to software

Every feature in Site Safety UAE is rooted in a real HSE task: issuing permits, capturing inspections, closing findings, preparing authority submissions and keeping subcontractors compliant. The result is a platform that removes Sunday-morning paperwork and turns daily work into an audit-ready trail.

Software-only support

Start your software-first HSE workspace today.

Site Safety UAE is a software platform — no on-site staff, no consulting hours, no classroom training bundled into the licence. Need a walkthrough or help structuring your HSE workflow? The founder is available by email to help you get the most out of the platform.

Important clarification

Site Safety UAE is a software platform that helps teams manage HSE workflows and evidence. It is not a certifying body, and the platform does not issue accredited qualifications or legal competence designations. Always follow employer-specific training and competent-person assessment requirements.

Frequently asked questions

Answers on ISO 45001, UAE compliance and how the Site Safety UAE platform works.

What is ISO 45001 and does Site Safety UAE help achieve it?

ISO 45001 is the international standard for occupational health and safety management systems. Site Safety UAE maps every feature — PTW, inspections, incident reporting, MSRA/RAMS, subcontractor compliance, training records and CAPA — to the relevant ISO 45001 clauses, so your daily workflow generates the documented evidence auditors expect.

Which ISO 45001 clauses does the platform cover?

The platform addresses hazard identification and risk assessment (6.1.2), legal compliance (6.1.3), competence and awareness (7.2 / 7.3), operational planning and control (8.1), outsourcing (8.1.4), emergency preparedness (8.3), monitoring and measurement (9.1.1), internal audit (9.2), management review (9.3), incident investigation (10.2) and corrective action (10.1). The full mapping is shown on the ISO 45001 requirements matrix page.

Can the platform be used as evidence for an ISO 45001 certification audit?

Yes. The evidence vault, inspection register, signed approvals, training records and KPI dashboards produce the documented information and audit trail ISO 45001 auditors typically ask for. The platform itself is not a certifying body — certification must be granted by an accredited third-party auditor.

Which UAE authorities does Site Safety UAE align with?

The platform is built around UAE federal and emirate-level requirements including MOHRE, Civil Defence, ADOSH-SF (formerly OSHAD), Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, RTA, ADAFSA, Tasneef and the labour rules in each northern emirate. We also include core GCC regulators for Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait.

What is ADOSH-SF (formerly OSHAD) and how does the platform support it?

ADOSH-SF is the Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health System Framework, published by the Abu Dhabi Public Health Center. Site Safety UAE includes ADOSH-SF-aligned permit templates, inspection checklists, incident notification fields, risk assessment structures and training registers so Abu Dhabi contractors can meet the framework's expectations.

Does the platform meet Dubai Municipality and Trakhees requirements?

Yes. Inspection checklists, method-statement templates, working-at-height permits, site electrical checks and construction-safety registers are structured around the Dubai Municipality Code of Construction Safety Practice and Trakhees EHS rules, with references visible on each checklist item.

How does the HSE Operations dashboard work?

The dashboard brings permits, inspections, incidents, action items, compliance reminders, KPI tiles and evidence into one place. Teams can filter by date range, drill into inspection records, export CSV/Excel reports and link findings directly to the CAPA register.

What is a Permit to Work (PTW) and how is it managed?

A Permit to Work is a formal authorization for high-risk activities such as hot work, confined space entry, work at height or electrical isolation. Site Safety UAE digitizes the issue, review, approval, extension and closure steps, captures digital signatures with SHA-256 fingerprints, and sends WhatsApp alerts for high-risk permits.

How does incident reporting work on the platform?

Workers or supervisors can report incidents, near misses and observations via the web or a Progressive Web App on their phone. The tool supports offline drafts, photo uploads, AI-suggested safety categories, geolocation, witness details and automatic escalation to the CAPA register when a corrective action is required.

Can subcontractors and main contractors share the same workspace?

Yes. Site Safety UAE is multi-site and multi-organisation. Main contractors can invite subcontractors into a project with role-based access, so each party sees only what it should while the project keeps a single shared audit trail.

Can we export data for client, authority or audit submissions?

Yes. You can export inspection summaries, CAPA registers, incident reports, training records and full management-review packs in CSV, Excel or branded PDF formats. Signed approval packages include SHA-256 fingerprints for tamper-evident records.

Is the platform bilingual for UAE workforces?

Yes. The interface is fully bilingual in English and Arabic, with right-to-left layout support. Public tools and guides also include Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog and Malayalam so supervisors and workforce can use the platform in their preferred language.
