Formal HSE training in Dubai works in three layers: a knowledge qualification such as the NEBOSH International General Certificate, which most contractors and clients name as the baseline for a safety officer or HSE officer; practical, activity-specific training and competence assessment for confined space entry, fire warden duties, work at height, first aid and permit issue; and the continuous awareness and toolbox material you deliver in between. An inspector will ask for the register that ties all three to the people actually on site today, with issuing body and expiry dates.

There are awareness modules on fire protection, hot work and fire watch, and emergency evacuation. Fire warden duties, extinguisher use and drills still need practical training and assessment against your site's approved fire and emergency plan — the awareness modules support that, they do not replace it.
No. Confined space entry requires practical, role-specific training and competence assessment for the entrant, attendant, entry supervisor and rescue team, plus gas testing and a workable rescue arrangement. The confined space entry and rescue simulation modules are awareness material to reinforce it and to brief a crew before a job.
