Module Content

1. Perimeter & Access

Hoarding minimum 2.4 m, gates with turnstile access control, security 24/7. Separate gates for pedestrians, plant and deliveries where possible. Emergency assembly point identified and signposted from day one.

2. Welfare Facilities

ADOSH-SF (formerly OSHAD) requires drinking water, toilets (1 per 25 workers), shaded rest area, air-conditioned canteen, prayer room, first-aid room, and drying room for wet weather in place before work begins. Facilities cleaned and stocked daily.

3. Site Offices & Stores

Positioned away from crane operating radius, at least 15 m from perimeter, with fire-rated separation from stores. Stores segregate flammables, chemicals, gases and general materials — each with its own bunding and ventilation.

4. Utilities

Temporary power distribution by licensed electrician, RCD protection on every socket, monthly PAT testing. Water and drainage connected before welfare opens. Fibre and Wi-Fi installed for HSE reporting apps.

5. Traffic Management

One-way flow where possible, speed limit 20 km/h internal, pedestrian walkways segregated with hard barriers, delivery marshalling area outside the fenceline.

6. Mobilisation Sign-off

A mobilisation checklist signed by the Client, Consultant and Main Contractor confirms perimeter, welfare, first-aid, fire, permits, insurance and NOCs are all in place. No construction activity may start until all items are green.
