Yes. The interface is fully bilingual EN / AR, and the public tool and guide pages also ship with Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog and Malayalam translations so site supervisors, inspectors and workforce can use it in their preferred language. Arabic and Urdu switch to right-to-left layout automatically. Toolbox talks and inductions support both English and Arabic.

Yes. Site Safety UAE is a Progressive Web App. From Safari on iOS use Share → Add to Home Screen, or from Chrome on Android use the Install prompt, and /report opens as a standalone app with camera access, offline drafts and geolocation — no app-store approval required.

It is optional. When a worker uploads photos in the Report Incident widget, our AI vision model can suggest the likely safety violations (working-at-height, PPE, housekeeping, electrical, confined space, hot work) with a confidence score. The reporter can accept, edit or reject each suggestion — or skip AI entirely and complete the report manually — and every action is written to an audit trail with filters for upload, initial analysis and re-analysis events.

No. Every core workflow — controlled documents, permits to work, inspections, incidents, MSRA/RAMS, training, subcontractor compliance, KPIs and audit evidence — works fully without AI. AI is only an optional assistant, its output is always a draft for a qualified person to review, and reports can be submitted when AI is unavailable, disabled or rejected.

Yes. Approve / Reject / Implement actions on PTW, MOC, incidents, CAR/CAPA, Night Work and every other approval chain capture a wet-style signature, geo-stamp and SHA-256 fingerprint, then package the decision as a signed PDF stored against the record.

Yes. When a high-risk PTW is issued or closed, Site Safety UAE automatically sends a WhatsApp alert (via Twilio) to the people linked to that site so inspection rounds can be timed correctly. Alerts and delivery logs are managed at /ptw-whatsapp-alerts.

Yes. Site Safety UAE is multi-site and multi-org. Main contractors invite subcontractors into the same project with role-based access — each org sees what it should, with a shared audit trail for the project as a whole.

All traffic is HTTPS and data is encrypted at rest. Every record is scoped to your organisation and site, enforced at the database with row-level security. Uploaded documents and photos are stored in private buckets accessed via short-lived signed URLs.

You do. Your workspace, documents, evidence, and audit trail belong to your organisation. If you cancel, your data isn't deleted automatically — you can export it or move to the Free plan.

Checkout is handled by Paddle as merchant of record (VAT-compliant invoices, SCA, refunds). Prices are set in USD and automatically converted to UAE AED at the current rate, shown live on the pricing page before you subscribe.

Yes. Pro covers up to 3 active project sites; Enterprise unlocks unlimited sites. You can upgrade at any time and your historical data, permits and reports come with you.
