This page is maintained by Site Safety LLC ("Site Safety UAE", "we", "us") to explain the terms under which you may use the Site Safety UAE HSE Operations Dashboard (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who these terms are with
The Service is provided by Site Safety LLC(trading as "Site Safety UAE"), based in the United Arab Emirates. Where these terms refer to "you" or "your", they mean the individual using the Service and, where applicable, the organisation on whose behalf that individual is acting.
2. Accounts and access
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and any second-factor device secure, and for all activity under your account.
- Access is granted for the individual named on the account. Sharing credentials between people is not permitted.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, put other users at risk, or where required by law or a regulator.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of UAE law or the laws of any jurisdiction in which you operate.
- Upload content you don't have the right to share, or content that infringes anyone's rights.
- Attempt to bypass security controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or interfere with other customers' data.
- Use the Service to build a competing product, or to train a competing machine learning model.
To report a security concern, please write to info@sitesafetyuae.com.
4. AI-assisted output
The Service uses AI to help draft, review and suggest HSE content — including method statements, incident reports, warning letters, audit responses, and permit content. AI output is a starting point, not an authority decision. Every recommendation must be checked and approved by a qualified HSE professional in your organisation before being used on site or submitted to a regulator. Site Safety UAE is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of AI-assisted content.
Our full position on AI, verification, and shared responsibility is set out on the Trust & AI Safety page, which forms part of these terms.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the data, documents, images and other content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant Site Safety UAE the limited rights needed to host, process, display and back up Your Content so we can provide the Service to you and the users you invite. We do not sell Your Content and we do not use it to train third-party foundation models.
You are responsible for making sure Your Content can lawfully be shared with us — for example, that you have permission to upload worker information, incident photos, or third-party documents.
6. Subscriptions, billing and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, which apply to your purchase in addition to these terms.
- Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at the time of purchase and any order form we agree with your organisation.
- Trials, discounts and included allowances are described on the pricing page and inside the app; overages, add-ons and taxes may apply.
- Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel future renewals from your billing settings or via paddle.net.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
7. Software-only licence and support
Site Safety UAE is a software-as-a-service platform. Your subscription or licence grants you access to the software, tools, templates and hosted features described on the pricing page and in your order form. It does not include the provision of hired staff, on-site personnel, consulting hours, classroom training, or physical safety officers.
- Business-licence model: The fee you pay is a software licence fee that helps organisations avoid the cost of maintaining dedicated on-site HSE staff. The platform is designed to be self-serve; most setup, configuration and daily use is performed by you and your team inside the app.
- Support scope: Product support is provided by email to the founder and is limited to questions about using the platform, account access, billing and technical issues. Support does not include bespoke HSE consulting, site visits, regulatory representation, or custom document preparation beyond what is generated by the Service itself.
- No human services bundled: Any HSE decisions, site inspections, worker training, permit approvals or regulatory submissions remain your organisation's responsibility. The Service provides structure, evidence capture and workflow automation; it does not act as a competent person, authorised signatory or employer on your behalf.
If you need dedicated HSE personnel or on-site support, that must be arranged separately through your own organisation or a qualified third-party provider. The founder may offer written guidance by email, but this does not create a consulting, agency or employment relationship.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. From time to time we may need to perform maintenance, change features, or discontinue parts of the Service. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid customers.
9. Third-party services
The Service uses trusted third-party providers for hosting, database, authentication, payments, email delivery and AI model inference. Their use is subject to their own terms, and we choose providers with appropriate security controls.
10. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Site Safety UAE disclaims all implied warranties, and our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate in which Site Safety LLC is registered, unless another forum is required by mandatory law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
