Everything a UAE contractor runs on a live site
Hot work, confined space, excavation, lifting, working at height and night work permits with a 5-step approval chain, digital signatures and SHA-256 fingerprinted PDF packages your client can verify.
See the PTW moduleMethod statements and risk assessments built from UAE-referenced templates, issued in English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog and Malayalam so the crew signing the brief actually understands it.
See RAMS templatesScheduled inspections, photo evidence, findings pushed straight into the corrective action register with owners and due dates — no re-keying between a clipboard and a spreadsheet.
See inspectionsField workers report from a phone with multi-photo upload. An optional AI vision model suggests likely violations with a confidence score that a safety officer accepts, edits or rejects — reports can always be completed and submitted manually without AI.

Built around UAE requirements, not retro-fitted
Checklists, permits and registers cite the authority behind them — MOHRE Decree 401 for the midday break, Civil Defence for hot work and fire systems, ADOSH-SF (formerly OSHAD) codes of practice, Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, RTA and the northern-emirate municipalities — plus the core GCC regulators for Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait.
Frequently asked questions
What is construction safety software?
Construction safety software replaces the paper and spreadsheet trail on a site — permits to work, method statements and risk assessments, inductions, toolbox talks, inspections, incidents and corrective actions — with one system that timestamps who did what and produces the documents a client, consultant or authority asks for.
Is Site Safety UAE built specifically for the UAE?
Yes. The templates, checklists and registers are referenced to UAE requirements including MOHRE (Decree 401 midday break), Civil Defence, ADOSH-SF (formerly OSHAD), Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, RTA and the northern-emirate municipalities, rather than a US or UK product with a UAE label attached.
Does it work offline on site?
The platform installs as a Progressive Web App on iPhone and Android. Incident reports and inspection drafts are captured offline and sync when the device gets signal again — useful in basements, tunnels and remote desert sites.
Which languages can the workforce use?
English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog and Malayalam, with right-to-left layout for Arabic and Urdu. RAMS and toolbox talks can be issued in multiple languages from the same source document.
How long does it take to get a site running?
Most contractors run their first permit and inspection on the same day. There is nothing to install — you create an organisation, add your projects and crews, and start from a UAE template library rather than a blank page.
What does it cost?
There is a free tier for up to 10 team members, a Pro plan with the full UAE template library and co-branded documents, and Enterprise with white-labelled documents and priority support. Prices are shown in USD with automatic AED conversion on the pricing page.
Can the documents be used as evidence in an audit?
Yes. Permits, inspections, signed approvals and training records are exported as branded PDF packages with a SHA-256 fingerprint and a full audit trail, which is what ISO 45001 and client auditors typically ask to see.
Do we have to use AI?
No. Permits, inspections, RAMS, incidents, training and audit evidence all work fully without AI. The only AI feature is optional incident-photo analysis, which suggests likely violations — you can ignore, reject or disable it and complete every report manually.
