Enterprise Licence Terms

The licensor is Site Safety LLC (trading as "Site Safety UAE"), registered address First Floor, Sharjah Media City (Shams), Al Bataeh, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). The licensee is the organisation named on the order form, purchase order or checkout ("you").

Site Safety UAE is software-only. Enterprise is a licence for the Site Safety UAE software platform — the same HSE dashboard with unlimited sites and users. It does not include hired staff, on-site personnel, consulting hours, classroom training or physical safety officers. HSE decisions, site inspections, worker training and authority submissions remain your organisation's responsibility.

• No on-site staff, inspections, consulting hours or classroom training are included under this licence.
• The software supports your records and workflows; it does not replace a competent person, a registered consultant or an authority approval.
• AI-assisted output is a draft for your qualified personnel to review before use.
• You remain responsible for compliance with UAE federal, emirate-level and authority requirements applicable to your sites.

Subject to payment and these terms, we grant your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Enterprise platform for your internal business operations during the licence term. You may not resell, white-label, reverse engineer or provide the platform to third parties as a service, except for your own contractors and clients you invite for your projects.

• Enterprise is $680 USD per month, or $8,160 USD per workspace per year.
• Annual option: $6,800 USD for the first year (two months free in year one — pay for 10 months, get 12), then $8,160 USD per workspace per year; renews at the standard rate. Billed once per year by Site Safety LLC.
• Payment is by card through Stripe, or by purchase order and bank transfer on an invoice we issue. Request one via the Enterprise quote page.
• Invoices are payable by the due date shown on the invoice (default 30 days). Quote the invoice number and PO number as the payment reference. Bank charges are borne by the payer.
• Site Safety LLC is not VAT registered at the date of these terms; if that changes, tax will be shown on invoices as required by law.
• Late or unpaid invoices may lead to suspension after written notice.

The licence runs for the period stated on the order, invoice or checkout and renews for the same period at the then-standard rate unless cancelled before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

• Named account contact and product onboarding and configuration sessions agreed in your contract (software training — not HSE competence training).
• Support is provided as described on our Support SLA page.

Enterprise SSO requires proof of ownership of each email domain by DNS record. You are responsible for managing your users, roles and access levels and for removing access for leavers.

You own your content. We process it only to provide the platform, under our Privacy Policy. Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential and use it only for this licence, except where disclosure is required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties. We are not liable for HSE outcomes, site incidents, authority decisions, fines or indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the licence in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Either party may terminate for material breach not remedied within 30 days of written notice. We may suspend access immediately where needed to protect the service, other customers or to comply with law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the competent courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law.
