When you reach the allowance
Never blocked. Past 5,000 actions usage continues at the lowest per-action rate, so large investigation and audit pushes are not interrupted.
Extra usage
$0.10 per extra action, with a hard safety cap of 20,000 extra actions per month. Usage is itemised per user and charged to your subscription at month end.

Optional extra: single sign-on (SSO)
- Staff sign in with their existing company account instead of a separate password
- Works with SAML 2.0 identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, OneLogin and Google Workspace
- Sign-in is limited to your company's email domains; leavers lose access when IT disables their company account
- Setup: your IT team shares the identity provider's metadata link; we connect it and test with your nominated users
- Priced separately in your proposal as a one-off setup fee plus an annual fee
Deployment options
- Hosted: we run and update the service for you; changes go live automatically
- Self-hosted (on request): runs on your own infrastructure, priced separately in your proposal
- Self-hosted means your IT team runs the system, holds the keys and installs each update; we cannot fix a self-hosted copy remotely
- Data location follows where you host it; we do not see data inside a self-hosted copy
- Deployment pack for IT: install guide, required settings, database order and health check
- Monthly or quarterly IT update emails listing each release, security notes and upgrade steps
- Air-gapped deployment (no internet) is scoped per contract; AI features need a connection and weekly content arrives as monthly signed content packs
Self-hosted support and licence
- Supported releases: the current release plus the two before it (N-2)
- Security fixes ship on the current release; where a backport isn't practicable we give a mitigation and require the upgrade
- Security notice within 72 hours of confirming an issue; signed fix within 7 days (critical) or 30 days (high) of a fix being available
- Licence file is not tied to hardware; if it lapses there is a 30-day grace period, then read-only access, never a lockout of your records
- After the contract ends: 90 days to read, export and migrate your data (no new records)
- Disputes: UAE courts by default, or DIAC arbitration if you need it, chosen in the Order Form
Contract terms
- Written proposal, Master Services Agreement (MSA) and DPA
- Annual purchase order; self-hosted licences are priced in USD (excl. VAT) and can be paid by bank transfer in AED
- Multi-year terms (for example three years) can be agreed in the proposal
- Unlimited sites and users; single sign-on (SAML) quoted as an optional extra
