Terms

Not priced per user: 300 or 500 personnel is the same licence fee. Unlimited projects, contracts and locations.
One production instance per licence; a staging instance is included.
No storage fees on self-hosted. You supply infrastructure, operating-system licences and IT labour.
AI assist: 5,000 actions per month included, then $0.10 per action. AI needs a connection, so it is off in air-gapped deployments.
Support: 24–48 hours first response, Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00 GST. Most issues resolved within 48 hours; software fixes get diagnosis within 48 hours and a workaround where one exists.
Security notices within 72 hours, 7-day fix target. Support covers the current release plus the two before it.
Licence file is not tied to hardware and does not call home. If it lapses: 30-day grace, then read-only — never a lockout.
Your IT team installs updates; we cannot fix a self-hosted copy remotely. A sample package is provided for your review before you commit.
Prices in USD, exclusive of tax. UAE law; UAE courts by default, DIAC arbitration on request.

Security disclaimers for an air-gapped deployment (Option C)

Security disclaimer	What it means for [Customer name]
No independent penetration test and no certification	An independent penetration test has not been completed and we hold no ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification. We can arrange a third-party assessment, quoted separately by that firm; budget $15,000–$30,000.
The air-gap configuration is tested, not accredited	The zero-egress acceptance test, witnessed by the customer's IT, shows what the build does on the isolated network. It is our test, not a certification or accreditation by any third party.
Patching becomes the customer's responsibility	We publish signed packages and notify the customer's security contact within 72 hours of confirming a vulnerability, targeting critical fixes within 7 days of a fix being available. The customer decides when a package goes live, so when it is applied is theirs to manage.
Infrastructure security is the customer's	Hardware, operating system, network and firewall posture, certificate authority and access to the environment belong to the customer. We support the software, not the infrastructure.
Backup, restore and availability are the customer's	Availability, backups, disaster recovery and capacity are the customer's responsibility. Any uptime commitment applies to our cloud service only.
We cannot support remotely	Vendor-initiated remote support sessions are not available in a full air-gap. Support works through the runbooks and diagnostic bundles the customer's team sends us.
Physical media is a shared risk	Updates arrive on encrypted media with the same manifest and signature, so verification works offline. Custody, handling and scanning of the media inside the customer's environment are the customer's.
Local AI is outside our scope	Cloud AI assists are unavailable in a full air-gap. A local model needs a GPU server supplied by the customer, is priced separately at $12,000–$18,000 engineering, and model licensing and hardware are excluded.
This remains a recent platform	Our references are pilot deployments, not a long enterprise track record at defence-sector scale. We propose a structured pilot before wide rollout.
