Self-Hosted Edition — licence summary

Draft, not yet contractual. This summary reflects our proposed terms. The full schedule is under review by UAE-qualified counsel. Your signed Order Form and master services agreement govern any contract.

Supported versions: Full support (defect fixes, security fixes, documentation and a tested upgrade path) for the current release and the two immediately preceding minor releases. Security fixes are issued for the current release; where a backport is not practicable we provide a mitigation and require the upgrade.
Security patches: We notify your nominated security contact within 72 hours of confirming a vulnerability. Signed fix package: within 7 days for Critical (CVSS 9.0+ or actively exploited) and 30 days for High (CVSS 7.0–8.9) of a fix being available; lower severities in the next scheduled release.
Telemetry: None by default. No usage statistics, installation identifier or phone-home. Any reporting is opt-in only.
Offline licence: A signed licence file, not tied to hardware. If it lapses there is a 30-day grace period, then read-only access. Your records are never locked away.
Wind-down: 90 days after termination or expiry to access, export and migrate data. No new records during that period.
Security testing: You may security-test your own installation, with a 90-day coordinated disclosure window.
Source review and escrow: Source review on request under NDA. Escrow is available as a priced option.
Liability: Each party's aggregate liability is capped at fees paid and payable for the Self-Hosted Edition in the 12 months before the first event giving rise to the claim, with exclusions for your own environment, unapplied notified security fixes and your modifications.
Price changes: Renewal fees rise by no more than the greater of 5% or the change in the UAE Consumer Price Index (Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Centre) over the preceding 12 months.
Disputes: UAE courts by default, or DIAC arbitration (one arbitrator, English) where selected in the Order Form.
Definitions: Business days are Monday to Friday in the UAE (the national working week since 2022), excluding UAE public holidays.
