Sharjah HSE Regulations
Sharjah operates its own comprehensive OSH system through the Sharjah Public Services Authority (SPSA) and its Occupational Safety and Health Juridical Person (OSHJ). The OSHJ framework includes dedicated Codes of Practice for construction, accommodation, risk management, and permit to work. Sharjah Civil Defense, SEWA, and the Environment and Protected Areas Authority (EPAA) each regulate their respective sectors.
