Fujairah primarily applies federal HSE legislation enforced through Fujairah Municipality and Fujairah Civil Defense. The Fujairah Site Safety Guidelines 2023 establish mandatory safety, workmanship, and environmental standards for all consultants and contractors in Fujairah. The Fujairah Environmental Authority (FEA) oversees environmental regulation. Etihad Water and Electricity (formerly FEWA) is the primary utility authority.
