Site safety targets

Each site sets its own figures for the year, so a tower fit-out is not judged against an infrastructure package. Progress is drawn from the monthly worker-hours, inspections and findings the site records — not from estimates.

Per-site yearly targets

Recordable and lost-time injury rates, recordable, lost-time and near-miss counts, and the number of inspections each site commits to.

Exposure ceiling

A maximum share of the occupational exposure limit — for example lead in air and hand-arm vibration — that a site agrees not to exceed.

Progress against the target

The five leading indicators

Injury counts tell you what already went wrong. These five measures track the work that keeps it from happening, over a rolling twelve months per site.

Critical-control verification rate: The share of critical controls actually checked — checklist checkpoints answered pass or fail, and permits requiring a gas test — with the number checked shown behind the rate so a thin month is obvious.
CAPA effectiveness: The share of closed corrective actions whose effectiveness check was verified, plus the number of effectiveness checks now overdue.
Incident data confidence: A completeness score for each incident record — description, location, reporter, photo or video, type and severity, linked corrective action, witness — so weak data is not mistaken for good performance.
SIF precursor frequency: High-severity near misses, high-risk violations and critical observations counted monthly — the conditions that precede a serious injury or fatality.
Exposure concentration by site: Lead and hand-arm vibration readings shown as a percentage of the occupational limit against a 100% line, with a silica summary alongside.

Who sees which site

Figures are held per site, and access follows the site — not the platform. A project team sees the sites belonging to its own organisation. A client login is tied to the single site it was granted, is approved before any data appears, and can be paused or blocked at any time. One client never sees another project’s numbers.
