How does a client get access?

The PMC team lists the client's work email against a site. The client then signs up with that email, confirms it and signs in. Only listed emails can reach the portal, and each account is limited to its own site.

Can clients log their own hours and inspections?

Yes. Clients enter monthly worker-hours, inspections completed and findings raised or closed, and can record a site visit at the same time. The PMC dashboard updates from the same figures.

Is a personal email address accepted?

No. A company email address is required. Personal providers are refused; an unusual but legitimate company domain can be allowed by the site administrator.
