  • Lightning and high-wind stand-downs for crane and height work.
  • Communications failure — a backup channel that does not rely on 4G.
  • Supply-chain interruption for critical materials and consumables.

Protect what cannot be reset quickly

Electrical rooms below ground, hazardous-material stores and server rooms are the assets where a single event turns into weeks of downtime. Map low points, elevate what you can, bund what you cannot, and rehearse a multi-agency drill with the local authority, utility and building manager.
