• PeopleCore PMC roles and deputies are mobilised; contractor key personnel, competencies and shift coverage are verified.
• InformationThe common data environment and all core registers are live; document numbering, review status and turnaround rules are communicated.
• BaselineProgramme, procurement plan, cash flow, logistics, quality plan, HSE plan, risk register and work-package readiness are reviewed.
• Field controlDaily site walk, high-risk-work coordination, inspection schedule, emergency contacts and the stop-work / escalation process begin.
• HSE assuranceHSE assurance plan, permit sample checks, worker-interview process, action-severity protocol and incident notification procedure are active.
• ReportingWeekly progress, HSE and quality meeting and the monthly client dashboard use approved templates and action registers.
