Planning HSE site visits and inspections

Visit dates are agreed per site with the party that requires the visit. This page explains who to ask and what to prepare. It does not show anyone's scheduled visits.

Who to request a date from

  • Government authority: for statutory inspections, contact the relevant emirate authority for your site's location and follow its booking process.
  • Consultant: for supervision audits and permit-related visits, request dates through the project consultant named in your contract.
  • Client: for client or main-contractor audits, ask the client's HSE representative for the audit programme.

Before you request a date

  1. Confirm the emirate and the authority that covers the site.
  2. Choose the topic (for example construction HSE or fire safety) and review its checklist.
  3. Gather permits, training records, risk assessments and method statements.
  4. Send your request with site name, location, preferred dates and a site contact.
  5. Record the confirmed date in your own planner or in your Site Safety UAE audit schedule.
