Construction Site Welfare (RAKEZ 2023)
- Ministerial Resolution No. 44 of 2022, Article 3 — midday work ban: 12:30–15:00 UAE time, 15 June–15 September annually, for work under direct sunlight and in open places; verify MOHRE technical exceptions and safeguards
- Shaded rest areas with sufficient drinking water mandatory
- Sanitary facilities, washing areas, and dining facilities required on site
- Temporary accommodation requires RAK Civil Defence approval
- Working hours compliance with Ministry of Labour requirements
- MoHRE 2026 update: free internet, 24/7 clinic, CCTV for camps
