An illustrative, early-stage report combining separately labelled public-source context and anonymised opt-in customer returns. Site Safety UAE is new and not everyone has opted in; this is not representative UAE incident data.
Covers 2026 Q3 · Published once at least five sites report a full quarter
Illustrative only — early-stage report
Site Safety UAE is new, and not everyone has opted in to share their figures. This report is currently illustrative and should be viewed as such, not as a representative picture of UAE construction safety. Verified public-source information is presented separately from voluntary customer returns. Missing or suppressed incident figures are not estimated; unavailable data does not mean zero incidents.
Basis of these figures: voluntarily reported data from opt-in UAE construction sites. This is not a national statistic and not a representative sample of all UAE construction. Read the full methodology and limitations before citing any number here.

Customer figures await approved participation terms, validation and disclosure review. Hidden contributor counts are not displayed.
Could you help build a clearer picture of site safety?
If your organisation is comfortable taking part, we would appreciate your monthly worker hours and incident totals: recordable injuries, first-aid cases, near misses and fatalities, grouped by hazard. Participation is entirely optional — thank you for considering it.
Please share figures only, not worker names, medical details or identifying incident descriptions. Contributions are submitted through your signed-in workspace, so they are not anonymous to the platform; the public report shows only anonymised, combined figures subject to its minimum-site privacy checks, not individual returns.
Site Safety UAE is new and not everyone has opted in. This report remains illustrative, not representative of all UAE construction sites. Please contribute only information you are authorised to share; this does not replace official incident reporting.
Sources reviewed 31 October 2026 · Separate from customer incident data
No comparable public construction incident totals or rates were verified from the MOHRE and ADPHC/ADOSH-SF sources reviewed. This does not establish that no other data exists. Public reporting guidance and historical inspection activity cannot validate customer returns or fill missing emirate, trade or 12-month incident series. Sources are reviewed references, not a live authority feed; Refresh data rechecks customer returns only.
Reporting guidance — not incident statistics
MOHRE: Workplace injury and illness reporting
3 January 2023
The Ministry describes employer reporting of workplace injuries and illnesses through a national system. This announcement does not provide a construction incident count or rate.
An official open-data source to consult. A usable public construction incident series was not verified in this review; no figures from this page are included in the customer benchmark.
ADPHC / ADOSH-SF (Abu Dhabi): Occupational safety and health standard reporting forms
Forms effective 15 July 2024
The official page lists entity and sector quarterly performance-report forms (E and E1). These describe a reporting mechanism, not published construction injury totals. Government-entity Form E2 is not a construction dataset.
Historical oversight activity — not incident statistics
Dubai Municipality: Construction-site safety campaign and supervision
19 November 2023
The release reports 35,672 field supervisory visits targeting 14,858 sites under construction in Dubai during 2023. These are oversight activity figures, not accidents, injuries, fatalities or rates; the release predates the current report quarter.
Includes the reviewed public sources and limitations; customer incident tables appear only when publishable. No invented emirate breakdown, trade heat-map or trailing series.

Frequently asked questions
Where do the numbers in this report come from?+
Customer incident figures come only from opt-in incident and worker-hour returns, anonymised and aggregated, with at least five sites per published cell. Verified official public-source context is cited separately; historical inspection activity is not incident data. Site Safety UAE is new and not everyone has opted in, so the report is currently illustrative, not representative national statistics. Missing figures are not estimated or treated as zero.
How often is the report published?+
Quarterly. Each edition covers the previous three calendar months and appears once enough participating sites have submitted returns for that quarter.
Can I cite the report in a tender or client submission?+
You may cite it with attribution, the report quarter and an explicit illustrative-only qualification. Do not present it as representative UAE incident statistics or as official validation of customer returns. Cite public-source information with its original authority, date, scope and units. Link back to the report and methodology pages rather than mirroring the PDF.
How is my data used if I subscribe to future editions?+
We use your work email only to send the report you requested. We do not sell or share subscriber details.
