Site Safety UAE has released two additions to its construction HSE platform: a Dubai Municipality compliance portal for tracking authority submissions, and a daily safety reporting portal that collects figures from every company working on a site.

The compliance portal covers sixteen working reference forms, including the project HSE plan, safety officer registration, monthly reporting and environmental permits. Each submission records its reference, preparer, submission date, status, the authority's decision and comments, the approval reference, the expiry date and the next due date. A dashboard shows what is with the authority, what is approved, what is still outstanding, what expires within sixty days and what is overdue.

The daily safety portal collects manpower, worker-hours, permits, inspections, observations, incidents, weather, highlights and concerns. Each contractor and subcontractor can be issued its own private submission link and report up the chain to the main contractor, consultant, client or management without holding a platform account. Project teams choose which items are required daily, weekly or monthly, and the submitted figures feed the site's safety targets, leading indicators and monthly reporting pack automatically.

Both additions sit alongside the platform's existing per-emirate compliance checklist, drinking-water sampling records, site risk register and printable monthly safety pack. Access remains scoped to the site and organisation a user belongs to, so a client sees only the project it is assigned to.
