Worker Rights & Communication
Multilingual information requirements, complaint mechanisms, electronic contact points, and awareness workshops.
Information and Awareness
Operators must display multilingual instructions detailing workers' rights, duties, and occupational health and safety guidelines in the languages spoken by the workers present in the accommodation. The 2026 regulations also mandate the installation of electronic smart screens in common gathering areas for educational and awareness purposes. Periodic awareness workshops must be organised by accommodation supervisors or in coordination with competent authorities.

Complaints and Grievance Mechanisms
Workers must have clear avenues to voice grievances. Visible signboards displaying contact numbers for relevant government entities must be present throughout the accommodation. Crucially, accommodations must provide an electronic contact point or device that allows workers to communicate directly with the Labour Consultations and Claims Center, placed in a visible and easily accessible location.
