Air Conditioning and Ventilation

All rooms, kitchens, dining rooms, corridors, offices, and common areas must be provided with ventilation systems and central air conditioning. Where central AC is unavailable, individual air conditioning units must be provided. The 2026 update mandates natural and mechanical ventilation systems with adequate air exchange rates, along with air filters where necessary.

Minimum Lighting Levels

All lighting units must provide the minimum illumination levels specified by the regulations. All bulbs must be energy-saving (low-consumption). External lighting must enable pedestrians to identify corridor borders, turns, crossroads, and any obstacles or potential risks.
