Each entry carries the authority it was verified against, the approval reference where one is published, and the date of that check. Nothing is listed on the strength of a provider's own marketing.

No. The calendar, the dates, the venues and the approval details are open to anyone. An account is only needed if you want to book a place onto a worker's training record so the refresher date is tracked for you.

The booking is confirmed against the worker you pick, and a training record is created on your planner with the course, the date, the venue and the provider. When you mark it complete, the next refresher date is calculated from the refresher cycle you set, and it counts down in your training reminders.

Attendance alone never does. An inspector looks for a training record naming the course, the date, the trainer and the training body, who attended, the assessment result and the certificate with its expiry — kept against the role the person fills.

Yes. Suggest them on the training providers page. The suggestion is stored for review and nothing appears publicly until the approval has been confirmed against the authority's own register.
