Heat-related illness incidents jumped 34% between June and August compared to the same quarter last year. Sites using the midday-break planner and daily WBGT sign-off saw a 62% lower rate.
TRIR trend
Weighted-average TRIR across reporting sites (200,000 h base) fell to 2.71 this quarter, from 3.04 the previous quarter. Sites publishing weekly toolbox talks trended 22% lower than the average.

Methodology: incident data is aggregated from opt-in Site Safety UAE customer sites and anonymised at the site level. Public authority data is cross-referenced where available. Nothing in this report identifies any individual worker, project or employer.

Anonymised aggregate data from Site Safety UAE customers, cross-checked against MOHRE, ADOSH-SF and Dubai Municipality public bulletins for the reporting quarter. Individual sites and workers are never identified.
How often is the report published?
Quarterly. Each edition covers the previous three calendar months and is dated on the report page.
