What happens to our historical paper records?
They stay valid. Most contractors scan only the currently live permits and open CAPAs, keep the archive as it is, and start clean digital records from the cutover date.
Our supervisors are not comfortable with software. Is this realistic?
Adoption depends on the capture experience, not on the supervisor. If it takes longer than a paper form, it will not be used. Test on a phone, on site, before committing.
