Sharjah MEP subcontractor passes MOHRE audit with zero findings
A 340-worker MEP subcontractor prepared for an unannounced MOHRE audit in 11 days using the ISO 45001 self-audit and worker training registry. Outcome: zero findings and a public commendation letter.

The challenge
Prior audit produced 7 major non-conformities around training records, PPE issue traceability and hot-work permit closure. A repeat audit would have suspended labour supply approvals.
What we changed
- Ran the ISO 45001 self-audit module to close all 7 prior findings with signed CAPA actions.
- Loaded 340 workers into the training matrix with Emirates ID validation and expiry-driven scheduling.
- Digitised PPE issue log with worker signature capture.
- Enabled hot-work fire-watch check-out flow so no permit could close without a signed watch-off.
