Each contractor reported HSE performance in a different Excel template. The developer's board had no comparable KPIs and Dubai Municipality submissions took a full week to compile every month.
What we changed
- Provisioned 14 project workspaces with shared HSE plan templates and a portfolio dashboard.
- Locked KPI definitions (TRIR, LTIFR, near-miss ratio) so every contractor calculates the same way.
