The challenge
Approaching MOHRE midday-break season with a 34% year-on-year rise in near-misses and repeated ADOSH-SF findings on permit-to-work traceability. Client's HSE team was drowning in paper, and subcontractor documents were expiring un-noticed.
What we changed
- Migrated all controlled documents to the register with automated expiry alerts (7/30/60/90 day nudges by email + WhatsApp).
- Digitised permit-to-work with the enhanced high-risk matrix and a 5-step approval chain for hot work, confined space and lifting.
- Rolled out the PWA incident-report app to 1,900 workers with AI photo-vision suggestion.
- Enabled the discipline scheme calculator against the violations register so warnings and fines are consistent across shifts.
