Enterprise Evaluation Agreement

- What it is
- A time-boxed evaluation licence on an Enterprise workspace, so you can test the platform before subscribing. The default period is 30 days.
- Fees
- Nil by default, with no payment card needed and no automatic charge. A paid pilot can be agreed instead.
- Uptime
- We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime and use reasonable efforts to reach it. This is a target, not a guarantee. If measured uptime falls below it, service credits apply. During a free evaluation they extend the evaluation period.
- Support
- Enterprise support tier: named contact and priority escalation, with a first response within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday.
- Where data is hosted
- In Ireland (European Union). The service is not hosted in the UAE, and we make no UAE data-residency promise.
- AI output
- AI suggestions are a drafting aid. A competent person must review them before they are used or sent to an authority.
- Law
- Laws of the United Arab Emirates, courts of Dubai.
