Service status & what to do
If you saw a status banner at the top of the site, our automated checks detected an elevated rate of server errors (5xx) on sitesafetyuae.com. Here is what that means and how to keep working safely in the meantime.

What is happening
- Our monitor probes key pages every few minutes. Two failing runs in a row — or any 502 Bad Gateway — switches the banner on automatically.
- The banner clears itself on the first fully successful run, usually within minutes of recovery.
- Most disruptions are hosting-level (a stale or failed deployment) rather than data loss. Saved records remain intact.
What you should do
- Hard-refresh the page (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R) — this often loads a fresh build.
- Do not re-submit a permit, incident or inspection repeatedly. Duplicate submissions are harder to clean up than a delayed one.
- Permit to Work and incident drafts are stored on your device. Reopen the form after recovery and your entries will still be there.
- For an urgent incident, record details on paper or in the mobile report form (it works offline and syncs later), and notify your HSE manager directly.
- If the banner is still showing after 30 minutes, email info@sitesafetyuae.com with the page URL and the time you saw the error.
Planned maintenance
Scheduled maintenance is announced through the same banner with an informational style and is published in advance on the product updates page.
