QR muster check-in and roll call
How QR muster point check-in matches each organisation's own employee roster and shows who is missing from the roll call.
1. Build your roster
An admin adds each person's full name and badge number to the organisation's roster in Admin → Muster Roll Call.
2. Put up a muster poster
Each assembly point gets its own QR poster, created in Admin → QR Posters and tied to your organisation and site.
3. Workers scan and check in
At the assembly point, a worker scans the poster and enters their name and badge number. The check-in is accepted only if it matches your own roster — not another company's, and not anyone who happens to find the poster.
4. See who is missing
The roll call screen compares check-ins at that poster with the roster and lists the missing names, refreshing every 20 seconds.
Data and privacy
Each organisation's roster and check-ins are visible only to that organisation's signed-in members. Unmatched names are rejected and are not added to the roll call.
What it does not replace
Your emergency response plan, trained marshals, drills and any authority requirements still apply. Marshals should confirm anyone who cannot scan, such as people without a phone or anyone injured.
