# UAE Tower-Crane Authority Coverage Review: Government, Free-Zone, Port and Developer Jurisdictions

## 3. What changes in the inspection and weather package

The attached inspection workbook uses **universal control checks** that satisfy the common safety baseline, but it adds a “Jurisdiction Screening” tab and an “Authority Coverage Review” tab so the user can select the correct authority stack for the plot. It should not be printed as a final site checklist until the applicable authority/free-zone/port/master-developer requirements have been entered and verified.
