# Deep-Cleaning Vendor Contract and Control Workbook — Quality-Control Notes

## Contract Template

The three-page contract template was visually reviewed. The document-control table, order-of-precedence clauses, mobilisation requirements, authority-controlled scope boundaries, chemical approval standards, PPE and chemical-handling controls, supervision/records requirements, commercial placeholders, contract schedules and source register are legible, aligned and free from visible overflow.

The template correctly requires current authority approval evidence where applicable, including Dubai Municipality professional biocide and cleaning/disinfection company controls for Dubai work. It also correctly avoids prescribing a single universal disinfectant, dilution, respirator type or release criterion, and instead ties those requirements to the product SDS, approved MSRA/method statement and current authority direction.

## Chemical Approval and PPE Control Workbook

The workbook was visually checked and contains seven worksheets: dashboard; vendor pre-qualification checklist; chemical approval register; PPE and MSRA matrix; method statement checklist; daily work control log; and close-out audit.

The workbook uses data validation and conditional formatting to highlight mobilisation gaps, pending chemical approvals, PPE/MSRA deficiencies and open daily control items. It is structured so that mobilisation, chemical approval, PPE verification and operational release can be controlled separately.

## Control Position Confirmed

The package correctly reflects the verified UAE position that employers/contractors must provide protective means, training and OHS controls, while workers must use PPE and follow instructions. It also correctly requires authority- and SDS-based chemical approval controls rather than a generic one-size-fits-all specification.
