# Camp Medical Screening and Employment Protections Package — Quality-Control Notes

## Workflow Guide

The three-page Word guide was visually reviewed in full. The document-control table, non-negotiable controls, shift-handover workflow, daily screening script, data-separation controls, RACI, employment-protection and compensation table, assurance controls and references are legible, aligned and free of visible overlap.

The guide correctly distinguishes daily symptom/risk escalation from detection of asymptomatic carriers. It does not claim that daily verbal screening can diagnose or exclude asymptomatic infection. It reserves screening/testing, diagnosis, restriction and clearance decisions to the competent clinician/Health Authority, and limits operational recipients to current duty/access status only.

The employment table accurately retains the verified 90-day private-sector sick-leave grid and avoids treating every pending medical exclusion as an automatic paid or unpaid status. It flags the 2026 media-reported epidemic/pandemic pay provisions as not verified in current primary operative legislation and requires HR to check current gazetted law before deciding compensation.

## Controlled Records Workbook

The Excel workbook was visually checked and contains seven worksheets: a control dashboard; medical daily screen; minimum-necessary operational restriction roster; controlled medical shift handover; clinical referral/testing log; HR medical exclusion and compensation review; and monthly assurance checklist. The dashboard uses formula-driven counts. Key status fields use data validation and conditional formatting. The clinical, HR and operational roles have deliberately separate records.

Clinical/operational confidentiality banners are included on sensitive worksheets. The workbook records only operational status and authorised reference numbers, not diagnostic, symptom, specimen or laboratory-result details. Before deployment, populate authority/clinic contacts, named medical lead, shift times, translation arrangements and approved roster-access controls.
