# Water and Tanker Compliance Package — Quality-Control Notes

## Regulatory Source Boundary

The package distinguishes supplier/responsible-entity obligations from camp-kitchen receiving and food-safety controls. Abu Dhabi DoE’s published tanker sampling frequency is presented as a regulated tanker/provider programme, not as a generic daily testing duty for every camp. The guide states the published frequency table accurately: for all tanker sizes, reduced/standard/increased annual sampling for the cited Table A, C, E, F and Legionella groups is 1/2/4. It also records the coated-tanker TOC/chemical note and directs users to obtain the current plan/limits from competent authorities and the responsible entity.

Dubai Municipality’s official index confirms Technical Guideline 17 (quality of unbottled drinking water), Guideline 44 (Legionella control) and Guideline 133 (water-system safety in emergencies). The underlying detailed Arabic guideline was not retrievable from publicly accessible page content during this research; the guide consequently requires formal Dubai Municipality confirmation before setting Dubai-specific frequency/limits.

## Dashboard Review

The initial dashboard format carried too much descriptive copy for its fourteen panels. The monitoring and critical-control labels were shortened and the panel height/position adjusted. The final image uses source-controlled static composition and retains every one of the fourteen workbook tabs, its monitoring trigger and critical control focus. It includes a clear caveat that site-approved HACCP limits and authority requirements prevail.

## Files Validated

The Word guide and the workbook were validated as structurally valid Office files by archive integrity testing. The final dashboard is a valid 4,755 × 3,075 PNG. Before field implementation, enter actual approved water limits, authority service/approval references and supplier evidence into the editable logs.

## Final Dashboard Acceptance

The final dashboard was visually checked after the layout and label revisions. All fourteen tabs appear once, in a two-column seven-row layout. The numbered tab marker, monitoring trigger and condensed critical-control text are contained within each panel. Tab 09 identifies water/power as a daily and event-triggered control and the footer explicitly directs users to retain dedicated tanker-delivery logs, supplier/tanker approvals and water-quality evidence alongside the HACCP workbook.
